Jesus answered, “You would have no authority over Me if it were not given to you from above. Therefore the one who handed Me over to you is guilty of greater sin.”

Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

for kings and all those in authority—so that we may lead tranquil and quiet lives in all godliness and dignity.

Then the LORD God took the man and placed him in the Garden of Eden to cultivate and keep it.

“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe in Me as well. In My Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that everyone who believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

And the King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me.’

So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
