Beloved, I pray that in every way you may prosper and enjoy good health, as your soul also prospers.

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God with your body.

A joyful heart is good medicine, but a broken spirit dries up the bones.

For physical exercise is of limited value, but godliness is valuable in every way, holding promise for the present life and for the one to come.

But I will restore your health and heal your wounds, declares the LORD, because they call you an outcast, Zion, for whom no one cares.”

When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Is any one of you suffering? He should pray. Is anyone cheerful? He should sing praises. Is any one of you sick? Now faith is the assurance of what we hope for and the certainty of what we do not see.

Do you not know that the saints will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases?
