How sweet are Your words to my taste—sweeter than honey in my mouth!

And He brought us to this place and gave us this land, a land flowing with milk and honey.

If you find honey, eat just what you need, lest you have too much and vomit it up.

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. It is not good to eat too much honey or to search out one’s own glory. Like a city whose walls are broken down is a man who does not control his temper.

The soul that is full loathes honey, but to a hungry soul, any bitter thing is sweet.

Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him!

The world is passing away, along with its desires; but whoever does the will of God remains forever. Even in laughter the heart may ache, and joy may end in sorrow.

They have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony. And they did not love their lives so as to shy away from death.
